Valentin Cassadine Is Acting Shady

General Hospital Spoilers show that since arriving back in Port Charles, Valentin isn’t acting at all. Valentin’s actions have grown quite disturbing, but Anna has come to trust him as their relationship has developed. At this point, Anna is genuinely starting to think that Valentin might be the one following her. In order to leave Anna the night her house caught fire, Valentin told her a lie about a waterline break at ELQ. Anna’s house was set on fire with kerosene while she was out for a late-night run. Where did Valentin go that night if there wasn’t a water line break and he didn’t show up at ELQ, according to Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna)?

GH Spoilers: Valentin Claims To Have Broken Ties With Pikeman

Valentin explains to Anna that Pikeman contacted him because he had previously worked with the company and could help them strike a deal with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). However, Martin Grey recently handed Pikeman a letter during a late-night visit. Why was it necessary for Valentin to have this envelope late at night, and what is inside? Without taking a peek inside the envelope that Valentin had put in his briefcase before leaving their hotel room, Anna’s curiosity simply cannot be quenched.

Anna, however, has made the decision to pick the lock in order to discover the true nature of this letter. Valentin’s unexpected arrival unfortunately causes Anna to be interrupted. Before Valentin opens the door, Anna quickly closes the briefcase, but she left the letter on the table where it was visible.

Anna worries about Valentin’s reaction to the letter being taken out of his briefcase. Anna might be able to persuade Valentin that he left it there, though. Is Valentin responsible for this, or is everything else just a coincidence? Anna is starting to lose all faith in Valentin, and she might have a point. Will Anna locate the necessary proof?
