The moment GH spoilers revealed that Charlotte and Dante were going to visit Lulu while she was unconscious, fans began counting down the minutes until her release. What use would those scenes, where Charlotte sobs over an empty bed covered in pillows and tubes, have served otherwise? What effects will her return have on Port Charles?

At least one of Laura’s children coming back to be with her will make her very happy, as portrayed by Genie Francis. Immediately after she returns from Chechnya. In fact, given that she is obviously barking up the wrong tree there, it might even deter her from looking for Nikolas.

Sharing his precious Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) with the mother he once tried to keep her away from will be a challenge for Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). Charlotte may start listening to her mother instead of her father now that she is an independent adolescent and no longer just his adoring, precious puppet. Which suggests they all have a difficult road ahead of them.

The criminals of Port Charles should be shaking in their boots right now! Nothing is safe if Lulu picks up her reporter’s notebook once more. She’ll pose pointed inquiries. She’ll produce sharp articles. She’ll dress in adorable clothes. Cases that have troubled the Port Charles Police Department will be resolved by Lulu. Woodward and Bernstein, be careful! Can’t Help Loving That GH Man of Mine

But Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) will experience the biggest change. Sam (Kelly Monaco) as well. Poor Sam will be left in a pickle because Dante will feel compelled to return to his wife. It’s for the best that they never really clicked. Sam shouldn’t be too upset about losing Dante. Danny and Scout are the ones we feel bad for. Better than either Jason (Steve Burton) or Drew (Cameron Mathison), Dante has served as their most recent father figure. Hey, perhaps they can stay with Lulu and Dante. More is always better!
