The Young and the Restless (Y&R) teasers indicate that Diane Jenkins-Abbott (Susan Walters) and the woman who has caught Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor)’s eye will come face to face.
Diane is eager to speak with Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) after Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) exposed Kyle’s relationship with her.
According to Y&R spoilers, the meeting will take place at Crimson Lights, which would be the ideal setting for Diane to interrogate Audra in-depth.
Audra and Diane will have a conversation to explore her motives with regard to Kyle. Diane can quickly identify such behavior because she has a history of plotting.
Diane is skeptical about Audra and doesn’t hold her in high regard. She will raise a lot of concerns regarding Audra’s motives for Kyle and what draws her to him. It’s possible that Diane may bring up Kyle’s most recent love relationships, alluding gently to his emotional recovery.
Diane might even predict that Kyle and Summer would end up reconciling, leading her to doubt Audra’s commitment of time and energy. Audra would respond that Diane should have faith in Kyle’s ability to make decisions and trust his judgment.

Diane might accuse Audra of being an opportunistic or fortune-seeker, but Audra could calmly say that her love for Kyle is more important to her than money. She is determined to continue to play a key role in his life since she appreciates their relationship on a personal and professional level.
Audra doesn’t hesitate to confront Diane, but as their tense conversation comes to a close, she could get a subtle warning. Diane is recognized for her steadfast commitment to protecting her son from manipulating people, and she won’t think twice to advise Audra to continue with caution in order to avoid negative outcomes.
It would be interesting to see Diane challenge Audra’s self-assurance and warn that any harm done to Kyle will have serious implications.
