‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Sharon Rosales (Sharon Case) could decide soon that she has seen enough romantic comedies in her life.
Sharon is committed to building a promising future for herself and avoids any potential love triangles at all costs. She is currently keeping a close check on the interactions between Summer Newman-Abbott (Allison Lanier) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd).
Sharon can not see a reason to discontinue her budding romance with Chance if he honestly only wants to be friends with Summer.
But she is beginning to see how closely Chance is connected to Summer, and she can tell that he sincerely cares about her. It’s possible that his feelings for Summer will intensify over time.
Sharon may believe she doesn’t want to compete because of past interactions with men who were interested in others, especially at this time.
Sharon recently experienced an epiphany after dealing with the frightening arc involving Cameron Kirsten (Linden Ashby). She feels alive again after a period of alienation following the death of Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso).

While there’s a potential they might work on the merger again with “Shick” or “Shadam” in the future, Sharon is now focusing on it with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). Given that Nick and Adam are both single, Sharon has other options for a partner.
So, before Sharon becomes too connected to Chance, the writers can opt to have her break up with him. Then, she might help Chance recognize his true feelings for Summer and help him realize that they might be more than just platonic. If Chance lets go of any romantic expectations involving Sharon, he might be more open to pursuing a future with Summer.
