Veteran Emmerdale character Cain Dingle and his son Nate Robinson now have a tumultuous relationship that is only going to grow worse.
According to ITV’s official spoilers, Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) of Emmerdale and his half-brother Caleb Milligan (Will Ash) may finally put their troubled pasts behind them.
The siblings have never gotten along, and recent scenes included Caleb siding with Cain’s son Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter), which only served to exacerbate their animosity.
In an effort to provide for his family, Nate ultimately decided to lie to Caleb and take on some questionable professions. However, neither revealed the truth to Cain.
In following scenes, Caleb tries to mediate a conflict between Nate and Cain.
When Caleb presents a fresh idea, their interest is piqued. Caleb offers that Cain, Nate, and his son Nicky (Lewis Cope) co-own the driving company.
Nate appears interested, but it’s obvious that Cain isn’t persuaded.
Despite their previous animosity, it appears like the two are finally moving in the right direction.
Caleb officially joins the family by downing a beverage from the renowned Dingle welly.
A wonderful family gathering comes to an end later that evening.
When they start cleaning up, Chas (Lucy Pargeter) is pleased to see her brothers cooperating.
The brothers converse as Cain and Caleb do their dishes, and it appears like a reunion is imminent.
When Cain says he won’t fully rule out starting a business with him, Caleb is delighted.
Following the party last night, Caleb is amused when Cain asks him to assist with chores at the garage.
Cain, though, has never had it easy, and Caleb has already betrayed him twice.
Caleb lied about working with Nate and was in charge of trying to destroy Moira Barton’s (Natalie J. Robb) business.
Could they end up generating more trouble now that he has paired up with Cain after causing trouble with some dubious people?
