According to General Hospital spoilers, Ava Jerome (Maura West) was not too excited about discussing her relationship with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) on their double date last week. She will eventually have to come to terms with the fact that she and Austin Gatlin Holt (Roger Howarth) are lovers. She is less than thrilled about what transpired between them in Wyndemere, while he appears to be over the moon about it. Every time a romance fails, Ava does an excellent job of erecting barriers, and Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) set a new record for that.

She killed a man, and now an even worse man is trying to get information on the mob boss by holding it over her head. Ava wants to be honest with Sonny and put her child before herself. She is aware that he is the only person who can get her out of this predicament. Sonny will continue to be untrusting of Ava’s circumstances and her social circle. He has very sound instincts, but if Ava continues to hang out with the supposedly decent doctor, he can only do so much to shield her from harm. While Ava keeps insisting that Austin is honest, Sonny isn’t going to buy it and may send Brick (Stephen A. Smith) to look into Austin’s past. Will he uncover something even worse than Adam Huss’s (Nikolas Cassadine’s) death? Ava better hope he doesn’t discover the new nanny, the secret that’s been hiding in Sonny’s penthouse, in the process.

However, the more Ava thinks she can’t be honest with them, the more it will seem like Austin is the only person who truly knows her because he is aware of all of her secrets. Sonny and Nina may both make an effort to talk to Ava about Austin’s duplicitous behavior. Isn’t that exactly how she is? Sonny might start to wonder how Ava discovered her as tensions with the new nanny mount; his inquiries can begin to cast doubt on the account she gave him.
