General Hospital: Kassie DePaiva Returns As Blair

These days, General Hospital’s stories are actually quite intense. Thankfully, the producers have been bringing relief by bringing in fresher faces amid all the high-voltage drama. Recently, fans were treated to a happy surprise when actor Walt Wiley returned to GH as Jack Montgomery from AMC. Walt was actually brought back for a second stint by the producers due to the high level of fanfare! Additionally, TV Season & Spoilers informed you that actress Carly Hughes will be making her GH debut! But there’s more! Fans are about to experience a flashback as a rather popular character makes a comeback!

According to the most recent General Hospital spoilers, actress Kassie DePaiva will return as Blair Cramer! According to TV Line, an ABC representative has confirmed that her episodes will debut in September 2023. It’s interesting to note that in 1991, Blair’s character debuted on One Life To Live. In the beginning, Mia Korf played the part. However, Kassie took over in 1993 and led it all the way to fame. She continued to play the part through the 2012 soap opera’s conclusion.

Some of OLTL’s most cherished characters transitioned to General Hospital immediately after the show was canceled. Naturally, pot-stirrer Blair Cramer also traveled to Port Charles! She came to town to support her daughter Starr after she was injured in a car accident. Blair made friends with the leading lady, Carly, while she was a visitor to PC. But there’s a catch! Soon after, the characters from the crossover series were used as pawns in a legal dispute between ABC and Prospect Park over the ownership of the characters.

General Hospital rehabilitated the crossover cast with new names and all the bells and whistles in order to fix the problem. Todd Manning, who was portrayed by Roger Howarth and was Blair’s love interest, thus became Franco. Alderson took over Kiki Jerome’s position in a similar manner. returning to Blair, Kassie’s Blair. Todd was still there when we last saw her on the GH canvas, and she had declined his marriage proposal. As we previously stated, much has changed since then. In fact, Todd played by Roger Howarth is no longer Franco! He’s Austin!

Therefore, we are left to wonder how Blair would fit in now. Will she collaborate with Alexis at The Invader by channeling her past as a news reporter?
