Spoilers for “General Hospital” (GH) indicate that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) may need to take charge of the situation and employ drastic measures to gather information. If Sonny gets the slightest hint that Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) is lying about Nikolas Cassadine’s (last played by Adam Huss) final night on earth, he might decide he’s had enough of playing these games.

It won’t be shocking if Sonny decides to command Austin’s kidnapping at some point for the next phase of his plan. Dex Heller (Evan Hofer), who was thought to be “The Hook,” was put on a meat hook and put in a freezer before being questioned by Sonny.

Austin may need to deal with a similar situation if Sonny wants to learn the truth as soon as possible. It’s easy to picture Sonny placing Austin on the meat hook after that and holding him there until the doctor reveals everything.

‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Austin Gatlin-Holt (Roger Howarth) LYING? How Will Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) React

Austin lied about Nikolas’ bleak prognosis because he genuinely saved Nikolas and made sure that he had a chance to recover while on life support. Although Sonny could get Austin to tell him that, his main goal is to learn who Austin has been working for. Austin has remained silent with Ava Jerome (Maura West) because it would be dangerous to reveal that shocking information, but Sonny could make him. If Sonny goes so far as to use his meat hook approach once more or another twisted strategy, Austin would admit Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has been orchestrating things.

Naturally, during their final conversation, Cyrus urged Austin to depart in peace, but we suspect he didn’t really mean it. No matter how much Austin wants to rid himself of the infamous Cyrus Renault, no one can ever truly succeed.

How do you feel? Could Sonny want to end the conflict and handle Austin on his own? Tell us in the comments section below.
