Spoilers for General Hospital indicate Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) has been debating whether or not to inform Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) of the PCPD’s scheme to remove Selina Wu (Lydia Look). Sam shared her internal conflict with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), knowing that Mac Scorpio (John J. York) genuinely wants her to let him know so that he can get out of dodge.
Sam is sympathetic to Mac’s sentiments for Cody, on the one hand. She can see he was quite sad that Cody was not his son based on the DNA test results. However, she is unsure if she should get involved in a police inquiry or carry out Mac’s dirty deed. She will finally make the difficult decision to tell Cody the truth in light of the recent stabbing he suffered at the hands of Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson). Put it down to her having sympathy for the person!
General Hospital Spoilers — Sam Gives Cody a Heads Up
Sam will be suspicious that she is there for reasons other than their second-degree friendship when he returns to see Cody. He would also be correct. Cody might become alarmed when Sam informs him that the PCPD is after Selina and that they have known about her poker sessions in the Savoy’s backroom for months. After all, if the police are aware of all of Selina’s games, they are probably also aware of everyone who has played at her table. But when Sam makes it obvious that Cody could avoid being involved in Selina’s issues by staying away for a few weeks until they take her in, Cody could start to wonder if Sam isn’t just a concerned friend.
GH Spoilers Suggest Mac is Behind This
Cody’s birth was not recent. Every excellent con artist is skilled in the art of lying, but Sam is out of practice. He will see right through her attempts to make it seem as though she is only trying to protect Cody and simply happened to find out this information since she lives with Dante. He is aware of Dante better than that, who keeps the details of his cases to himself and not even with the lady he loves. Even for Cody, he wouldn’t violate convention in that way. If so, he would notify Cody by himself rather than delegating the task to Sam. However, it’s possible that the sender of this message isn’t quite as close to Cody as Dante is. a person like Mac?
General Hospital Spoilers — Cody Lacks Wiggle Room
Although Cody will be grateful for the warning, he may not be able to avoid Selina’s control even after learning that the PCPD is after her. Selina will continue to anticipate Cody attending the upcoming game despite having just been stabbed, especially given the way he has been acting lately. He made a mistake by attempting to weasel out of working for her, and she will now make sure he pays. Will Mac carry through the takedown despite Cody’s involvement being known?
