Family reassurances from prison, family moves, and family changes are hinted at in General Hospital spoilers and updates for Friday, September 1. James Patrick Stuart’s Valentin Cassadine informs Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) of changes in the family, the relocation of Maxie Jones’ (Kirsten Storms’) family, and Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober’s) assurances from the prison.

General Hospital Spoilers: Family Dinners

As Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) visits her father Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) at the Metro Court, there are also family dinners in Port Charles. Kristina has some good news, but it has nothing to do with being a surrogate, so she wants her dad to be the first to hear about it.

Nevertheless, she was successful in convincing transgender Dr. Terry Randolph (Cassandra James) to accept a position on the board of directors for her LGBTQ+ youth halfway house.

It will take someone with the reputation Terry enjoys in Port Charles to help her non-profit get off the ground. Sonny ought to be pleased with his daughter.

GH Spoilers: Powerful Persuasion

Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) uses strong persuasion to persuade Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) to move back in with him while they are still at the outside tables in front of Kelly’s.

Brook Lynn could no longer tolerate living with her grandmother Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) as a result of the deceitful trick she played on her regarding Deception Cosmetics.

Chase had already deduced that Brook Lynn had been coerced into doing something she didn’t want to do by Tracy. Whatever Brook Lynn did, it is not a problem; all he wants is for her to be with him.

General Hospital Spoilers: Family Changes

At the Haven Bistro, Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez), the father of Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart), tries to support his daughter through some changes in the family.

While it’s possible that Valentin can’t change the fact that she misses her mother Lulu Spencer (Emme Rylan), who has been in a coma for years, perhaps he can change something else.

Valentin informs Charlotte that things are changing as they talk because she is acting depressed.

Lulu would have given her full blessing to the new residents of the house she shared with her mother and brother. The sale of Wyndemere and Spoon Island may have been leaked to Valentin by Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight), and Valentin is now seizing the chance.

GH Spoilers: Family Moves

Felicia Scorpio, Kristina Wagner’s Georgie Spinelli, Eden Harker’s James West, and Dominic Zamprogna’s Maxie are all present in the old home of Lulu and Dante Falconeri, as well as James West (Gary James Fuller). Although it appears that Bailey Jones (London and Jett Prinzo-Berendt) is missing, it’s possible that she is with grandfather Mac Scorpio (John J. York).

She declares that this is their new home and that there is undoubtedly more space here than in her previous residence.

Lulu wouldn’t have any issues because Maxie was her best friend; the house is even big enough for the two of them to move back in with Maxie’s family!

In the Pentonville library, Cyrus appears to be a preacher addressing his congregation as he assures a young black woman (unidentified actress/character) that everything is going exactly as it should. While Cyrus appears to be in charge, a second female inmate and a second male prisoner can be seen conversing in the background. Cyrus has been leading a Bible study at the prison, and he has frequently invited Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) there.

Due to his lack of faith in his ability to change, Drew has always rejected him. But it appears that some people are falling for Cyrus’ bluff.

GH Spoilers: Family Conversation

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Carly Spencer (Laura Wright), her mother, catch up and have a family discussion at Kelly’s.

Carly informs Joss that whatever change she thought she was going to undergo will not take place. Joss has canceled several dates because she is upset that Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) is more involved in Sonny’s business than she is.

Joss is probably still whining despite Carly’s explanation that if Sonny were killed, crime in Port Charles would increase.
