GH Fixer Upper: Can Gladys Corbin Ever Be Redeemed?

On General Hospital, Gladys Corbin wasn’t always wholly awful. She agreed to Sonny’s plan to pose as her long-lost grandson and pass off a street kid as such, but who did that hurt in the real sense? She also had feelings for her own long-lost son. She mourned his passing deeply, just as she had mourned the passing of her premature grandson.

Gladys has crossed a line with everything she has done since. Can Gladys ever be forgiven after taking Sasha’s money, making her relapse on drugs, and locking her up in a mental institution?

Gladys Corbin: Anything is Possible

10% scoff, 90% child’s play. Gladys (Bonnie Burroughs) isn’t even among the top five villains from Port Charles who later turned out to be adored members of the neighborhood. Sonny (Maurice Benard) is there. Carly (Laura Wright) is there. There was Jason (Steve Burton), Franco (Roger Howarth), and Luke (Anthony Geary). She only needs to appear dejected and recite a particularly pitiful backstory to get away with it!

GH: Pay It Forward

Make her pay, 18% demand, and she’ll be perfect. A health scare is never a bad thing. She might even be shot while attempting to save someone. The best option would be Sasha (Sofia Mattsson). In the soap opera justice system, as long as Gladys risks her life, that is a fair trade.

Gladys Corbin: A Crime Too Far

However, neither choice is anticipated to satisfy 72% of you. The fact that serial killers, kidnappers, and rapists have found redemption on GH is irrelevant. Such mercy is not due to Gladys. She carried out her activities in order to make money. not for family, love, or the arts. The worst thing anyone can do is commit a crime for financial gain. Unless, of course, you can tell a sad tale about your upbringing in adversity. not this time though. She doesn’t have enough fans. Weekdays, ABC broadcasts General Hospital.
