Many happy couples are depicted in GH spoilers; isn’t it time for another couple to get engaged? There are several contenders. Who will be the first to declare their intention to wed later on? (Note that we are not advocating marriage. For now, we’ll be content with a promise. After all, Port Charles is still there.)

Everything else that Joss (Eden McCoy) and Dex (Evan Hofer) have done in their relationship has been done without careful consideration. Why not choose to tie the knot now? She’s still enrolled in college, and he works a menial job pretending to be a mob boss. (It’s not like real mobsters have many opportunities for career advancement.) Why not tie the knot? Joss adores gatherings!

Rushing Romance

Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Spencer (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) had an amazing weekend in New York. Although they are in love, their expectations for the future are very different, as evidenced by a recent conversation. Trina intends to pursue a career while attending college. Spencer intends to annoy Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) by simply hanging around because of Ace. He may believe that getting married will provide them both a shared goal.

Free at Last

Carly (Laura Wright) can’t stop telling everyone how much she loves Drew (Cameron Mathison) and how much she is crushing on Sonny (Maurice Benard). What better way to demonstrate that than at a wedding? Sonny is invited by her. Nina (Cynthia Watros) as well. Her joy must be shared by all. That’s a directive!

Ultimately, though, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Sam (Kelly Monaco) make the most sense. They are cohabiting and co-parenting their children. They occasionally even work together as sleuths. It would be better for them to get married. They have nothing more productive to do.
