Since the SHOCK collision that nearly killed Dean Thompson (played by Patrick O’Connor) last year on Home and Away, he hasn’t been behind the wheel of a car.

Meanwhile, Dean’s girlfriend, Ziggy Astoni (Sophie Dillman), has been acting as his personal chauffeur.

Dean, on the other hand, has been shuffling around on crutches and is impatient to get back on his feet.

Dean is ready to take on the goal of getting behind the wheel of a car again after overcoming the obstacle of ascending the stairs up to eatery Salt.

Is he or is he not?

Dean’s doctor, Logan Bennett (Harley Bonner), appears outside the Surf Club the next morning to take him for a test drive.

When Dean gets behind the wheel, though, things go horribly wrong…

When Nikau Parata (Kawakawa Fox-Reo) felt Felicity Newman (Jacqui Purvis) was responsible for the attempted murder of his uncle, Tane, he went to great lengths to avenge her (Ethan Browne).

However, Nikau and his girlfriend, Bella Nixon (Courtney Miller), are in for a rude awakening when they learn the truth about Tane and Felicity’s abduction from Summer Bay.

When Nikau discovers that Felicity was not Tane’s stalker or the perpetrator of the hazardous chemical attack, he regrets trolling her online.

But how can Nikau make things better?

After receiving a call from her daughter, Chloe’s (Sam Barrett) long-lost father, Matthew, Mia Anderson (Anna Samson) is in a panic!

Matthew hasn’t contacted Mia in over two decades.

She didn’t hang up long enough to find out why he’s suddenly contacting her after all these years.

Mia tells her lover, Ari Parata, about Matthew’s past (Rob Kipa-Williams).

When Ari asks if Mia is going to tell Chloe the truth about her father, Mia SNAPS that Chloe will never meet Matthew!
