Home and Away's Cash embroiled in frightening stalker attack

Cash Newman from Home and Away is the victim of a horrifying assault this week as the stalker of movie star Stevie Marlow follows her.

Cash chose to work in private security after resigning from the police department. He soon took on a case for Stevie, who has been dealing with a frightening stalker.

According to TV Week, in scenes that will premiere in the UK in a few months and in Australia this week, Stevie’s case takes an alarming turn as the red carpet event for her next film draws near.

Stevie thinks the time has finally arrived for her to come out of hiding and reconnect with her fans. But since the stalker is still at large, Cash is upset by Stevie’s choice and believes it may have been the worst one she has ever made.

Cash makes it apparent that Stevie is taking a significant risk by attending the event because everyone will be able to track her whereabouts at all times, making it a target for attackers. Can Cash, however, do anything about the problem now that he’s been sacked for her protection?

Cash determines that the risk to Stevie’s life is simply too great and that he will do whatever it takes to keep her safe after discussing his choices with Eden Fowler.

“Cash is aware that Stevie is in danger and that the threat to Stevie is growing,” the character played by Nicholas Cartwright stated. “Just because Stevie fired him doesn’t mean Cash can turn off the part of himself that cares about her safety.”

Cash is shocked to learn that he can enter Stevie’s event with ease, implying that anyone else, including Stevie’s stalker, might also do so.

He persuades Stevie that it would not be such a bad idea for him to stay around after pointing this out to her. Cash is quickly proven correct when the stalker materializes out of nowhere and leaps from the throng.

Cartwright remarked, “Cash has no idea what the stalker is capable of.” “So he takes the opportunity to end the threat.”
