The spoilers for “The Young And The Restless” (Y&R) reveal that Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is giddy with joy as she chats animatedly about her impending wedding. However, Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) doesn’t express happiness and is anything but delighted.
Ashley becomes extremely irritated, which causes a heated argument with Diane. Ashley watches from the stairway, her disdain visible in her attitude, while Diane joyously spins around.
Diane is still excitedly anticipating her wedding day and is sure that everything will go perfectly. This appears to test Ashley, as though Diane is encouraging her to ruin the wedding.
Ashley answers to Diane’s delighted gloating by expressing her desire for Jack to see through Diane’s façade once she is unable to keep her mouth shut any longer. Ashley makes the suggestion that Jack may wind up losing everything as a result of Diane.
Ashley’s voice gets louder and accusatory as the tension mounts; she is persuaded that Diane is to blame for Jack’s impending demise. The two women exchange harsh comments, highlighting their ingrained hostility.

Jack and Ashley argue angrily in a different scene. Ashley claims that Jack has put Diane before everything and everyone, even their own family.
Ashley receives a warning from Jack about the potential to start an Abbott family feud. Ashley, however, responds from a position of strength with a furious “BRING IT!” while maintaining her composure and assertiveness.
The future of the Abbott family is in jeopardy as the dispute worsens. There are concerns about how Jack would respond and how Ashley will handle the developing dispute.
Uncertainty surrounds the likelihood of a peaceful resolution or the situation getting worse as a result of the escalating fight between the siblings.
