According to Friday, July 28 The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has recently been on a rampage and has been putting everyone in their place. Last week, he sat down with his three brats (plus one) and set the rules. At Newman, the family business he established from the ground up, HE is the final arbiter. He made sure Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) understood this week that only a Newman will ever be in charge of the business. Which, in our opinion, only encouraged Nate to ask Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to marry him.
Victor is now prepared to pursue Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and alert him to his presence. And there will be repercussions if he pushes the boundaries. Accordingly, he could have to report to his brother Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) or lose his job.

However, it’s also possible that Victor is informing him of his recent act of kindness shown to Adam’s ex-girlfriend Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
In any case, the scorching summer continues in Genoa City, Wisconsin, and explosive show spoilers hint that a father and son will soon engage in another heated argument.
Y&R spoilers: Victor Lays Down the Law
Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters), in another scene, is happy and proud of herself for resisting Ashley Abbott’s (Eileen Davidson) dragon breath.
Spoilers hint that she achieves a significant win and receives all she has ever desired. It appears that she will soon be married to Peter Bergman’s (Jack Abbott) character in a civil wedding.
If so, Diane will bask in her success while simultaneously making Ashley’s life miserable.
However, another Abbott, Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson), complicates matters by getting in the way—YET AGAIN. He is pitted against Ashley alongside Jack and Diane, but darned if Ash doesn’t begin to make sense to his bewildered mind.
Till now, Billy has stood behind Jack and Diane, but when an onslaught is launched by Ashley and Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), Billy’s allegiance is put to the test. Billy was never the most sincere or upright Abbott in the mansion.
The clever Ashley and Tucker will take advantage of Billy’s uncertainty regarding Diane and her responsibilities at Jabot.
Y&R spoilers: Billy Messes Up Again?
Billy takes it personally that Jack thinks he’s the family misfit. He might therefore be very susceptible to Shley’s tenacious arguments for why he shouldn’t be in his corner! Could Billy become a triple agent after being a double agent?
