General Hospital viewers were repeatedly reminded for months that a woman was the mysterious boss controlling Austin Gatlin-Holt and Mason. Nope. That is being changed. The powerful man is now a man. Who then could it be?

Austin Gatlin-Holt: Daddy’s Home

Austin (Roger Howarth) claimed his pop, Jimmy Lee Holt, is dead. But 7% of the audience would love to see the illegitimate Quartermaine country bumpkin heir pop up and announce, “Surprise! I’m like my late Daddy now! Give me all your money!”

One More Round, Boys

12% of you shrug and say that Julian Jerome (William deVry) has already risen from the dead once, so why not? From a long line of mob bosses, he is one. Julian wouldn’t care who gets hurt since the only people he cared about in Port Charles were his daughter Sam (Kelly Monaco), son Lucas, and occasionally his baby mama Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn).

Another Blast From General Hospital Past

16% of viewers would rather see Ted King’s Lorenzo Alcazar replace Maurice Benard’s Sonny (if GH is going to bring back a mob rival for him). He has a history with Carly (Laura Wright). And you can be sure that Carly will be on the lookout for someone to adore her now that Drew (Cameron Mathison) is behind bars. Alcazar has already accomplished it. He is capable of doing it once more.

Austin Gatlin-Holt: Right Under Your Nose

Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) is so obviously who it is. Did Austin give you that look when he was in the hospital the other day? He has been running an empire from a jail cell while pretending to be all repentant. which is advantageous. Cyrus is boring and pious. Cyrus is a wheeler-dealer who is worth keeping an eye on.

GH: Mystery Dinner

However, 40% eventually admit they have no idea. It could happen to anyone at this point. We must also assume that the show is unsure of who they want it to be since the gender of the character changes in the middle of the narrative. That is genuinely unexpected, now! Weekdays, ABC broadcasts General Hospital. For airtimes, check your neighborhood listings.
